The site is on hiatus. For how long I don’t know. I guess til I figure out what I wanna do with it. Truth is that I’ve come to hate Glee. Haven’t seen a full episode since the season premiere and stopped watching after the Christmas episode. Rachel has become a character that I strongly dislike this season and don’t really care about. Puck is nowhere to be seen. It’s really sad. I miss S1 so much.

Updating, esp with Glee stuff which it is most of the time since that’s the main thing for Mark and Lea, has become a chore rather than fun. I need some time away from the site.

I guess that’s it for now. I don’t really have anything else to say. I’ll let you know what I decide.

Sorry, Mr. T. You can stop grooming your mohawk now, because the role of Puck’s father on Glee has finally been cast, and you didn’t get it. Who did?

TVLine is happy to exclusively report that Melrose Place vet Thomas Calabro will play the estranged father of Mark Salling‘s underachiever in this season’s 18th episode, which is slated to air in April.

Puck’s mom, as played by Gina Hecht, was introduced in the Season 1 episode “Mash-Up.”

Family reunions have been a major theme of Glee‘s third season, during which we’ve met the parents of Rachel, Mike, Sam and Emma. And when the show returns from its seven-week hiatus on April 10, Matt Bomer will debut as Blaine’s older brother, Cooper Anderson.

Jess: What’s coming up when Glee comes back?
We’ll meet a new character who might turn out to have an impact on someone…we’re just not sure who will be affected. This new character is in his 40s, and his life is in shambles. He dropped out of high school, left his wife and hasn’t paid child support in a real long time. Word on the street is he might stick around on Glee…any ideas who might be involved with him?

He then talked of his history with Lea Michele, who plays Rachel. The two first shared the stage in the original Broadway cast of “Ragtime” when Michele was 8.  They have since appeared together in the 2008 Hollywood Bowl production of “Les Misérables,” he as Javert, she as Eponine.

“I watched her grow up,” he told the audience.

At a post-concert reception in the Broad lobby, in answer to questions about “Glee,” Mitchell said: “I’m having a ball on ‘Glee.’ It’s a joy to be working there — the whole cast is so talented.” He said he was hired for three shows and hopes he will have the chance to sing with Michele in a future episode. So far two of the episodes have aired with Mitchell and Rachel’s other TV dad, Jeff Goldblum.

Mitchell earned his first Tony nomination for “Ragtime” and additional nominations for “Man of La Mancha” and “King Hedley II.” He won the best actor Tony for the musical “Kiss Me, Kate.”

His Friday and Sunday shows on the Broad Stage featured songs from his musicals, plus Gershwin tunes, more standards and a few novelties, such as “It’s Not Easy Being Green.”

In a special highlight, he sang “This Nearly Was Mine” from “South Pacific” without a microphone, in deference to theatrical traditions that existed during the original 1949 production.

The audience gave him a well-deserved standing ovation.
